Требования:
 ba or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
 minimum two years work experience; international living experience preferred
 native russian language and excellent written and oral english language skills
 excellent interpersonal skills
 demonstrated organizational ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 advanced ms office skills and knowledge of ms access
 moscow residency

Должностные обязанности:
 managing day to day operations of the flex alumni grant program, including promotion, training, grant selection, notification, wire transfers, and financial oversight;
 updating flex alumni web site and administering the flex alumni listservs;
 supervising part-time moscow flex alumni coordinator and assisting in organizing events for flex alumni in moscow and central federal region;
 developing and updating training materials for staff and alumni;
 preparing for and participating in the flex eurasia alumni coordinator training conference, which is held in moscow each fall;
 assisting the alumni program manager and program officer in developing and realizing new programming ideas;
 cultivating a network of professional contacts that can be tapped for alumni activities;
 handling routine administrative matters, including filings, phone calls, emails, etc.
