Требования:
• university degree in business, technical, or professional discipline requiring application of critical thinking, logic, writing, and oral communication skills or equivalent experience

• knowledge of major business functions and business strategies in the telecommunications and/or financial services industries. Specific knowledge and experience in consulting methodologies and techniques desirable.

• broad technical expertise combined with business acumen.

• solid understanding of data warehouse applications, enterprise architectures, solutions, and technologies (e.G. ..., oracle, db2, sybase or sql) including ideally also operational knowledge of third party gui and data transformation tools (cognos, business objects, informatica and others)

• understanding of the client’s business domain e.G. Crm process, billing, supply chain, network management, financial reporting, risk management (depending on the industry)

• etl or olap knowledge is a plus

• strong client interaction, communication, and consulting skills.

• ideally 8+ years of experience

• strong english language skills, fluent/native russian

willing to travel within the territory

• gather and document client requirements and translate these into process and system architecture designs, ensuring the client’s needs are met in a professional manner.

• assist in requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, support and integration of software applications for customer markets and ....

• responsible for high level design development for application software, software implementation specification development, feature/function enhancements, and customer design support.

• define an enterprise blueprint and time-phased roadmap for enabling the business to realize their vision.

• be a trusted advisor to the client’s decision makers by establishing credibility and expertise in data warehouse technology, crm, or other areas related to ...’s solution offerings.

• work with ... Project managers to scope projects and develop statements of work, project plans, and risk analysis.

• provide technical thought leadership and actively participate in the application design, implementation, and roll-out efforts.
